Include your device model, iOS version, and app version when relevant.
Subscription help
Use Restore Purchases in the app after signing into the Apple Account used to subscribe. Manage or cancel a subscription in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Apple controls billing and refunds; deleting your Family Budget Calculator account does not cancel billing.
Bank connection help
If an institution needs attention, use Reconnect in the app. To stop future syncing, choose the institution in Settings and select Disconnect. Never send us your online-banking password.
Privacy requests
Export and deletion controls are in Settings → Privacy & device. If you cannot sign in, email us from the address associated with the account. We may need to verify the request before changing account data.
Safety and urgent issues
Family Budget Calculator cannot move money, freeze an account, or contact a bank on your behalf. For suspected fraud, contact your financial institution immediately. For emergencies, contact local emergency services.
